In May 2004 the Lord put in our heart a big burden for the El Bajo de los Molinos community. It was after a conversation with a young man, " There is nothing for me in the Church, they look at me strange and I feel that I dont belong". This conversation put a grieving pain in my heart since then.
Our big question was how and where we can bring these people that are not interested at all to go to a Church? That feeling was with us for a couple of months until we made a trip to Virginia in the United States. God gave us the answer as we visited some Churches. We visited the Richmond Outreach Center of Virginia and the Lord spoke to us really clear about what he wanted us to do. We saw a well balanced Church that is focused in serving and loving people, more than just evangelizing to people and trying to bring them to a building. Our desire since then is to have a place where the people can come and belong, and be served, and then they can believe as they know more of what Jesus is about.
